This Single Family Home was transformed within the existing footprint and roof overhangs to create a new open plan. The entry sequence was reconfigured and enhanced, while the existing courtyard was raised and a new pool designed to span the rear of the property with new lounge, dining, and cooking spaces. The interior was fully remodeled, ceilings we vaulted, and new window, door and skylight openings utilized throughout for enhanced light and views.
