This industrial warehouse loft, dating from the 1920s, is restored to its original aesthetic intent, while updating for a new use in the 21st century. Previous, inappropriate renovations and transformations were removed, and new divided lite glazing, fir, white oak and raw and stainless steel were implemented throughout to create a contemporary industrial feel.
