This custom L-shaped home was imagined anew after the Nuns Wildfire destroyed this quiet property in Glen Ellen CA in 2017. The living and master bedroom wing feature large expanses of glass to face the new pool, lawn and creek. The guest bedroom and office wing are located on the more private north end of the property and are secluded from view. A detached guest house and garage/gym complete the compound feel for the property. A palette of exposed concrete, cedar, fir and handcrafted tile with bronze accents was employed throughout, to complete the artisan feeling to the home. The property has returned to life quickly, and the new home, with its midcentury feel, feels like it has always belonged there.
